• You will be contacted by Desiree with details and any other information

• Desiree will arrive at your event/property on specified date to briefly check on needed items, event space, and all details in order (3 hours)

• Materials provided: Assorted Teas, Herbs, Flowers, Fruits, and flavorings for blending. Pouches for guests to bring home their blends. White Labels and misc. Materials, pouch sealer. Sachets for steeping.

•  Finished products for sampling, blends, sachets/empty tea bags for filling

• Leaf & Honey Tea(www.leafandhoney.co) pouches with 6 sachets, 1 per guest to take away, (total of 100 misc organic pouches)

• 9/16 - 9 sessions of simple overview of blend creations, the differences of “tea” camellia sinensis vs herbs and botanicals, how they can be a great substitute and healthier habit, adding phyto-nutrients to our daily routines, and taking time for ourselves. (6-8 hours)

  
  Client to provide:

• Event space and signage

• Bowls, spoons, gloves, pens/markers (if applicable)

• Electricity for sealer (extension cord) (if applicable)

• Hot Water made from filtered water to about 200 degrees, serving cups and spoons, honey, milk (if applicable)

• Any pamphlet, or take away you want printed for them, we can work on this: (1 hour)

  
  SCOPE/WORKFLOW:

• The Company/ Client and Agent agree to the below workflow for each assigned job.

• Purchase Order or Contract sent - Payment to go to Eco Hub Inc o 5256 S. Mission Road, Suite 115, Bonsall, CA 92003

• Invoice sent for payment – we accept credit cards via Paypal, or Bank Wire, Zelle. Credit Card is a 4% fee.

• Deposit Paid, full amount due upfront to hold date and make preparations

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• At no point are the deposits collected refunded or returned. For an event to be cancelled, the client assumes full responsibility for all costs, and monies paid are non-refundable to any work performed or materials procured or produced.

• Payment due in advance to book event.
